On September 19, an action called “Dobroshering” was held in the “Salvation Hangar” – everyone could support the homeless in the autumn cold.
Employees of the “Mercy” service asked to warm people who are forced to live on the street with a kind word and deed: bring them warm clothes, food and sign up for volunteers to help on a regular basis.
The action “Dobroshering” was gladly supported by the employees of the famous capital restaurant of Alexander Rappoport – “Crabs Kutaby”.
A team of cooks led by chef Artem Martirosov prepared several boxes of hot food packed in lunch boxes for the homeless.
The Salvation Angar staff let the homeless take turns, serving lunches on several tables, beautifully covered with tablecloths. It turned out just like in a real cafe or even a restaurant.
On this day, people who were frozen on the street were able not only to relax calmly, warm up with tea and eat delicious food, but also personally communicate with eminent chefs, ask them questions and thank them.

One of the women was especially happy that she had received adequate nutrition, and said that she was expecting a baby:
– So tasty and so much I have never eaten! Now I need to eat normally, but it doesn’t work out on the street, ”she sighed sadly.
The woman shared that she met the father of her child on the street, they fell in love. Pregnancy became an incentive for both to start life from scratch and leave the street. The couple in love plans to get a job and rent a house.
Nadezhda is from Mozhaisk. Once she had to leave the parental home due to bad relations with her father, while her mother was in prison.
– My parents do not want to communicate with me now, my father is very tough and will never be able to forgive me … I am so glad that I met love on the street, and now I am not alone … I feel support in everything, and we are very glad to our future child , because he gave us the strength to go to a new life. My beloved and I have already restored the documents, thanks to the help of the Salvation Angar staff, now we want to sign and hope to find a job. I was also offered help in the “Home for Mom” project. I really want to give our child a full-fledged family, which we ourselves did not have, – the grateful woman shared with the cooks. Her chosen one stood modestly nearby, gently squeezing her hand.
