American entrepreneur and millionaire Scott-Vincent Borba, one of the well-known names in Hollywood, has decided to give up his fortune to devote himself to religion. The news of the radical change in his life was reported by the British publication Independent.
The 52-year-old businessman is the co-founder of the world-famous cosmetic brand e.l.f.
Before making his millions, he developed a successful career as a model and singer, and later established himself in the entertainment industry, offering luxurious procedures with diamonds and rubies worth $ 7,000 to Hollywood celebrities.
Borba is also known for his presence at a number of social events in the company of popular personalities such as Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton.
Despite his financial success and glamorous lifestyle, the entrepreneur says that over time he began to experience a deep sense of dissatisfaction. For this reason, he announced that he was redirecting his financial assets to charitable causes and choosing the path of spiritual ministry.
Borba openly admits that in the past he was the embodiment of luxury and did not possess modesty. To date, the millionaire has already sold his real estate and moved to the St. Patrick’s Theological Seminary in Menlo Park, California.
His official ordination as a priest is scheduled for May 23.
According to him, he currently lives in a small, completely empty room and has reduced his life to only the bare necessities for survival, emphasizing that he has never felt so happy.
