Tamar Gamkrelidze, PhD in Political Sciences, is a Postdoctoral fellow at European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) Chair of College of Europe in Natolin. She has been published by Journal of State and Church, East European Politics, Security and Democracy, Demokratizatsiya, Journal of Contemporary European Studies. Her interest lies in EU external affairs, discourse theory and liber democracy.
